Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping Australia-wide. Every order ships free to any address in Australia.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time: Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Shipping locations: We currently ship within Australia only.

Multiple items: If your order contains more than one product, the items may arrive in separate parcels.

Delays and lost parcels: If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll help track it down or arrange a replacement.

Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
